President and Designated Broker
Angelique George is the Designated Broker (licensed in Arizona) for Grindstone Property Management. As the President Angelique is responsible for oversight of both residential and commercial properties throughout Southern Arizona. Angelique is also an investor and owner of Fairview Village Apartments.

With over 24 years of experience, she is an industry veteran with extensive knowledge in Commercial management and leasing, multi-family housing and asset management. Angelique holds a Certified Apartment Management designation through the National Apartment Association. She is also currently a CPM candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management

As a strong asset to the community Angelique is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber, Tucson Hispanic Chamber. Building community relations keeps Grindstone in touch with the ever changing market and needs for our property owners, employees and residents.

John George is a facilities professional with over 30 years experience. An expert in maintenance supervision in both residential and commercial properties. John ensures facilities and grounds are maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards, and fiscal consideration.

John is an expert specializing in consulting property management firms and owners in regards to all aspects of maintenance operations and capital improvements.
